1. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, leaked or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order ID, clear photos of the outer packaging and the product to our support team on WhatsApp or email.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.

2. Unopened / Unused Products – Easy Returns

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

In most cases, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

3. First-Time Buy-Back Guarantee (Optional – if you want this)

To build your trust, we offer a First-Time Buy-Back Guarantee on Zanish Natural Hair Oil:

Applicable only on your first purchase of a single bottle (100 ml) from our website.

Use the oil as directed for at least 4 weeks. If you feel it has not suited you at all, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may ask a few simple questions about your usage to improve our product and guidance.

After approval, you can send the remaining oil + bottle back to us.

You will receive a refund of up to 50% of the product value as store credit or bank transfer (choose one).

(You can change this to 100% refund if you are confident & financially ready.)

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that are more than 50% used

Products returned without original packaging or labels

Products returned after the allowed return window
